Well， it was my fault that I totally forgot the appointment at the private hosptital today and didn’t cancell it before hand.
So， I understand that a secretary got mad at me because I didn’t turn up at the appointment.
Today I really forgot about the appointment when she rang up me. Then I applogised from my heart and I understood the doctor was so busy that she had to manage the time. BUT I felt she was a bit rude at the first time when I made an appoitntment， and again， she just hung up the line without any words like "ok" or "fine" or something like that.
I know she was really upset， but I think she is not nice to a patient. Anyway， I won’t go to that hosptital anymore so it’s ok， but she upsets me as well....
